Rani R possesses extensive experience in payroll and human resources across multiple sectors. From December 2012 to June 2016, Rani served as a Senior Officer Payroll at Tesco Bank, managing end-to-end UK payroll. Rani began a career in HR as an HR Executive at Corporate Resources (CRPL) from July 2009 to April 2011 and later at I Medz Systems Pvt Ltd in 2012, focusing on HRBP roles. In June 2011, Rani transitioned to Talent Mappers Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Consultant, specializing in training and recruitment. Following this, Rani took on the role of Senior Payroll Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2016 to August 2022, overseeing payroll and offboarding for the APAC region and utilizing tools like SAP and PeopleSoft.
