Ratheesh Vasu has extensive experience in procurement, vendor management, and financial analysis across several prominent companies. Beginning a career at Accenture as a Senior Analyst from June 2008 to January 2015, Ratheesh successfully transitioned cash management activities from IBM and trained colleagues. Following this, Ratheesh served as an Accounting Team Lead at Capgemini from February to November 2015, managing a vendor maintenance team and transitioning processes from Honeywell Mexico. Ratheesh continued to enhance procurement skills as a Procurement Buyer at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab from November 2015 to October 2023, focusing on requisition validation, supplier negotiations, and cross-departmental coordination. Afterward, Ratheesh held the position of Sourcing and Procurement Lead at Kyndryl from October 2023 to March 2025, managing complex contract lifecycles and negotiations. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at EY since September 2025, Ratheesh specializes in strategic sourcing and third-party risk management.
