Ray L. Chen

Ray L. Chen, CPA, CA, CBV, CFA, FRM, is a Partner in Valuation, Modelling and Economics at EY, where they perform valuation and modelling services for various purposes, including acquisitions and financial reporting. Previously, they served as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from 2010 to 2015, providing valuation services across diverse industries. Ray also worked as a Senior Accountant in Audit Services, delivering assurance to clients in the technology, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. They began their career as an Analyst at TD Securities in 2006. Ray is currently pursuing a Master of Management and Professional Accounting at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance/Accounting from McMaster University.
