Raymond Ogan

Raymond Ogan is the Talent Associate Director for Ernst & Young Global Delivery Services in the Philippines. Previously, they held various HR roles at IBM, including Sr. Recruitment Specialist and HR Business Partner, where they focused on performance management, employee relations, and recruitment improvements. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR & Admin Assistant at DTF Consulting Network. Raymond holds a BS in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, which they completed in 2006.
