Rebecca Mentzer

Rebecca Mentzer has a diverse professional background with experience in both the hospitality and accounting sectors. From August 2018 to January 2020, Rebecca worked at The Fox & Hounds Restaurant & Tavern as a busser, hostess, and food runner. Following that, Rebecca gained valuable accounting experience through internships, first at Advanced Fittings Corporation in the summer of 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with the accounts payable/receivable staff, and then at Citadel Healthcare from May 2022 to February 2023, focusing on accounts receivable tasks such as write-offs, refunds, bank reconciliations, and invoice input. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Assurance Staff 1 at EY, having started in September 2023. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Carthage College, graduating in 2023, after completing high school at Arrowhead High School in 2019.
