Reto Hofer

Reto Hofer is the Office Managing Partner at EY Zug for Assurance Services, focusing on serving national, international, and family-owned businesses in the energy, media, life sciences, and other sectors for nearly 30 years. They are a member of EY's Switzerland Energy Leadership team and lead the commodity trading sector in the German and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland. Reto has served as the EY mining and metals sector leader for GSA for over five years and was also a member of the EY IFRS desk for more than ten years. Additionally, Reto was a jury member for the Prix SVC of Central Switzerland from 2013 to 2022. In 2025, they will join the Board of Directors of the Zug Commodity Association.
