Richard Bourne

Richard Bourne is an Associate Director at EY, where they lead the EY@Work workplace transformation programme, focusing on innovative office space and user experience enhancements. Prior to joining EY in 2017, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2008 to 2013, managing a variety of business transformation projects across different industries. Their career began at Accenture, where they served as a Consultant from 2005 to 2008, specializing in the design and implementation of reporting solutions. Richard completed their education at the University of Nottingham after attending The Skinners' School.
