Richard Goodman is a seasoned leader in accounting advisory and finance transformation, currently serving as the Director of Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY. With a strong background as a chartered accountant (FCA), they have specialized in helping finance teams within the insurance sector navigate complex challenges. Richard has previously held significant roles at firms such as HCL Insurance BPO Services Ltd., ERS, and HSBC, where they managed financial reporting and contributed to the implementation of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
