Richard Milnes

Richard Milnes is a Partner in Financial Services International Tax at EY, where they have been since 2009, specializing in areas including global minimum tax and banking tax policy. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as Director of the Structured Transactions Group at Lloyds TSB Bank plc from 2005 to 2009 and Head of Tax Planning at Lloyds TSB from 2004 to 2005. They also gained experience as a Tax Manager at Shell from 1998 to 2004 and Price Waterhouse from 1993 to 1998. Richard currently serves as Treasurer for REGENTS OPERA LIMITED for 2023 to 2024 and holds a BA Hons in Mathematics and Philosophy from Balliol College, Oxford, which they completed in 1992.
