Richard Watson is the Global and Asia-Pacific Cybersecurity Consulting Leader at EY, overseeing a team of over 12,400 cybersecurity professionals serving more than 4,500 clients worldwide. With a career spanning over two decades across the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, Richard has specialized in areas such as cyber risk assessment and incident response. Past roles include Managing Director at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Senior Manager at Accenture. Richard holds a BSc in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Newcastle University and a diploma from Harvard Business School. Outside of professional commitments, they enjoy golfing and traveling.
