Rick Cotgreave is a specialist in athlete transition and leadership development, currently serving as the owner of Human Dynamics in Action and an executive consultant at EY. They founded Human First Athlete Transitions and have leveraged their expertise to support athletes in their career transitions. Rick holds a PGCE in Physical and Outdoor Education from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA Hons in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
