Rob Baker

Rob Baker is currently the Director of Employment Taxes & Payroll Advisory in EY's EMEIA Financial Services Office. Rob previously held roles at EY as a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services from 2013 to 2021, and worked as an Employment Tax Assistant Manager at BDO LLP from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, Rob managed payroll and accounts at BSG Valentine from 1997 to 2006 and served as Payroll & Benefits Manager at the University of Essex from 2006 to 2007. Rob continues to pursue education at The Gilberd School Colchester and Colchester Sixth Form College.
