Rob Weber

Rob Weber currently serves as the Global Business Tax Services Leader at EY, a position held since July 2018, overseeing strategy, innovation, operations, talent development, and quality matters for one of EY's largest tax segments, comprising nearly 10,000 professionals globally. Prior to this role, Rob managed a $1.3 billion US East region practice as the Northeast Region Tax Managing Partner and held various leadership positions focused on market growth and diversity within the organization. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College, a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Boston University School of Law.
