Robert Carlsson

Robert Carlsson is a seasoned professional in technology consulting with extensive experience in digital solutions and analytics. Currently, Robert serves as a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting at EY, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Robert was the Head of Digital & Analytics at Lantmännen, overseeing a team of 30-40 employees and multiple consultants, and was a key member of the IT Management Team. Robert's prior roles include managing digital solutions at Swecon Group and serving as a project manager for the customer app mySwecon, where responsibilities included steering the project from conception to launch. Early career experience includes supply chain roles at INTERSPORT Sverige and a foundational position as a farm worker. Robert has educational credentials from ETH Zürich and the University of Zurich.
