Currently serving as the Associate Director at EY, Harris leads cross-functional teams to enhance core capabilities through evidence-driven design and emerging technologies. Previously, Harris founded a digital media agency and held significant roles at Automatic Data Processing and LexisNexis, where they spearheaded user experience transformations and championed the integration of design practices across various industries. Additionally, Harris has educated future UX practitioners as a Curriculum Advisor and Guest Lecturer at Seton Hall University and is pursuing advanced degrees in User Experience Design and Communications Studies.
