Roberta Farina

Roberta Farina is a seasoned senior brand executive with over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods and Health sectors, having significantly contributed to major companies including Reckitt Benckiser, Nestlé, and Bacardi. Until mid-2023, Farina was the Senior Director of the Health Unit at Procter & Gamble Brazil, overseeing a billion-dollar business and leading a team focused on both prescription and OTC categories. As of 2023, Farina serves as a board member at Brasilata and participates in the EY Women’s Entrepreneurship program, Winning Women. Farina holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in fashion, along with an Executive MBA and advanced training in board leadership.
