Robin Massyn is the Oceania Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead at EY-Parthenon, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR. Previously, Robin held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi and a Recruitment Consultant at various firms, including Six Degrees Executive and Chandler Macleod Group. Robin earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has a strong passion for understanding what motivates individuals in the workplace. Throughout their career, Robin has focused on building collaborative relationships and fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations.
