Robin Sheoran is currently a Senior Learning Consultant at EY, having previously worked as an Instructional Designer at Deloitte and NIIT, where they collaborated with global clients and developed extensive learning curriculums. Robin's experience spans designing instructor-led and web-based training while utilizing the ADDIE model and blended learning approaches. They have also interned with notable organizations such as Air India Limited and Indian Railways, gaining valuable insights into mechanical systems. Robin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technical Campus.
