Rody Posthuma

Rody Posthuma is a lead partner in EY’s Technology Risk and Assurance practice, specializing in the Financial Services industry. With extensive experience beginning as a financial auditor and risk advisor in the Netherlands, Japan, and Australia, Rody addresses complex IT assurance and risk needs for some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Rody has held various leadership roles, including heading IT Risk Management and Security for a global investment bank. They continue to leverage their expertise in responsible AI deployment, IT compliance, cyber security, and IT governance to provide innovative solutions. Rody is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from the University of Groningen.
