Roger E. Douglas

Roger E. Douglas is a Managing Director specializing in International and Transactional Tax, with extensive experience in developing tax-efficient strategies for U.S. and foreign clients. They began their career at Wells Fargo as a Private Client Associate and went on to hold various roles at Grant Thornton LLP and BDO USA, LLP, where they advised clients on international tax planning. Douglas served as an International Tax Manager at EY from 2011 to 2014 and has been with the firm as an International Tax Senior Manager since then. They hold a Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Taxation from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and an LLM in Tax Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
