Rohail Bilal

Rohail Bilal has over 10 years of experience in program evaluation, focusing on TVET and education policy and programs. They worked as a Finance Trainee Officer at Kansai Paint Private Limited from 2015 to 2017, and held an internship at Ernst & Young in 2014-2015. Rohail served as a Manager at EY from 2017 to 2018, where they delivered quality services and managed multiple projects, including monitoring vocational training schemes and performance assessments for government departments.
