Rohit Rajkumar

Rohit Rajkumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transactions advisory and financial due diligence. Currently serving as a Director at EY since November 2017, Rohit has held various roles, including Assistant Director and Chief of Staff to the UK&I Strategy and Transactions Managing Partner, focusing on private equity clients. Prior to EY, Rohit worked at KPMG from April 2012 to September 2017 as a Manager, specializing in financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients across multiple sectors, and participated in over 50 due diligence engagements. Rohit's earlier experience includes working as an Audit Senior at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, where responsibilities included Indian and International GAAP audits. Rohit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Loyola College and is a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
