Roisin Shanks

Roisin Shanks is a Partner within Transaction Diligence at EY, part of the Ireland Strategy and Transactions group. Their responsibilities include pre-acquisition, refinancing, and vendor due diligence across various sectors, notably life sciences, technology, and insurance. With experience serving both public and private companies, as well as private equity partners, Roisin has also been seconded to a high-end fashion accessory brand manufacturer and an Irish semi-state body. They hold a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they achieved first place in the Final Admitting Exam in Northern Ireland, and completed the Future Partner Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, Roisin contributes to the PR & Marketing sub-committee of Club Tyrone.
