Roman Rudiak

Roman Rudiak has extensive experience in information technology and operations management within major financial institutions. At Citi, from June 2001 to May 2011, Roman served as Head of IT and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing a division of over 60 personnel and managing a $10 million budget. Roman also directed a global Digital Transformation program spanning 24 countries, successfully executing strategies to enhance operational performance and program efficiency. Since August 2016, Roman has been the Group CIO at EY, leading IT operations across 29 countries in central-east-south Europe, supporting a significant business portfolio. Roman holds a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Banking Management Finance from Kyiv National Economics University.
