Romana K. has a diverse professional background with significant experience in project management and marketing communications. At RBC from April to December 2019, Romana held multiple project manager roles, including positions in Performance Enablement and Program Delivery, as well as Regulatory Strategy and Delivery. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing and Communications Officer at The Dawson College Foundation and as a Project Manager at Gildan. From February 2017 to May 2018, Romana worked as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at John Molson Sports Marketing, following a role as Marketing Coordinator. Additionally, Romana was Vice President of Academics at the John Molson Supply Chain and Business Technology Association from May 2015 to May 2016 and is currently employed at EY as a Document Specialist and Senior Document Specialist since April 2022.
