Ron Koch

Ron Koch is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in identity and access management. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Identity and Access Management Services and as Executive Director of Cybersecurity at EY since July 2015, Ron focuses on enhancing organizational security strategies and managing cyber threats. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Senior Director of Information Security at Freddie Mac from August 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included security business planning and third-party risk management. Ron's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2010, specializing in enterprise security strategy and data protection. Ron began their career as a Security Engineer at CSC and later worked as a Senior Security Engineer at SAIC. Ron holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Security from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
