Rory Jackson

Rory Jackson is a People Consulting Partner-Principal at EY, where they design and improve employee and customer experiences during transformational changes. Previously, Rory worked as a Managing Director at KPMG, leading complex business transformations, and as a Managing Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they oversaw large transformations impacting over 400,000 employees. Earlier in their career, Rory gained diverse experience in roles such as Country Office Manager and Estimator/Project Manager. Currently, Rory is pursuing an MBA in Finance/Operations/Strategy at The George Washington University and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
