Roy Lobo is an experienced management consultant currently serving as the Assistant Director and Organization Development Practice Lead with over 15 years of expertise in the field. Previously, Roy has held key positions at PwC, Deloitte, and Infosys, specializing in change management, performance management, and human capital advisory services. Roy's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University Dharwad. Early in their career, Roy taught Computer Sciences at St. Xavier's College.
