Ruel Macaraeg is a seasoned technology and management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Private Equity AI & Data at EY, Ruel collaborates with Strategy and Transactions Due Diligence teams to enhance value creation for private equity firms through technology transformation and AI solutions. Previously, Ruel acted as a Technology Advisor for Equity Angels, focusing on social impact initiatives, and held senior leadership positions at CoreLogic, Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., and HireRight, overseeing critical enterprise architecture, data analytics, and operational platforms. Ruel is also a co-founder of Relecom, an internet marketing analytics startup, and held a significant role at JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President, managing global IT delivery teams. Ruel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New York University, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Project Management certificate from UC Irvine.
