Rupesh Sharma has extensive experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Risk Management, beginning with a role at American Express from August 2007 to August 2011, where support was provided to Global BCP and the Customer Crisis Program Office. Following this, Rupesh Sharma worked as a Sr. Analyst at WNS Global Services from July 2013 to June 2014, serving as the BCP site lead for the Gurgaon location, managing over 2000 employees.
