Rupok Kadir

Rupok Kadir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation and client success across various industries. Currently serving as Implementation Lead at EY since June 2025, Rupok previously held the role of Director, Client Success, CRM Enablement at RBC from July 2023 to March 2025, where a comprehensive CRM roadmap was executed. With significant tenure at Microsoft from June 2015 to February 2023, contributions included leading a successful migration project and managing a high-impact digital transformation initiative. Prior roles also encompass project management at RBC and consultancy at BBC Media Action, alongside technical expertise developed at Accenture and GrameenPhone. Rupok holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Dhaka.
