Rustin Rethemeyer

Rustin Rethemeyer is the National Regulatory Compliance and Conduct co-Leader at Ernst & Young LLP, where they currently serve as a Managing Director. With extensive experience in regulatory compliance, testing, and project management, Rustin has assisted banks in adhering to compliance and regulatory guidance, including that from the CFPB, FRB, and OCC. Previously, Rustin held the position of Principal, leading the compliance testing and central region regulatory compliance teams at Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2024. Rustin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000.
