Ryan Burgess

Ryan Burgess is currently a Director in Private Equity - M&A Tax at EY, having progressed through various roles at the firm since 2013. Previously, Ryan held positions as an Assistant Tax Advisor and Tax Advisor, providing advisory services on buy-side and sell-side transactions for both private equity and corporate clients. Ryan obtained an LLB in Law from Bournemouth University and completed education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Additionally, Ryan has ongoing studies at Barton Peveril College.
