Ryan Lawrence

Ryan Lawrence possesses extensive legal experience with a focus on corporate governance, SEC/NYSE reporting, and compliance. At Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Ryan led a team overseeing various legal aspects, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Subsequent roles included serving as General Counsel at Shift and Avant, and Deputy General Counsel at Cushman & Wakefield, where Ryan managed an international team in corporate legal matters. As Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Textura Corporation, Ryan guided the company through its IPO and its acquisition by Oracle. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Assistant General Counsel at EY. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
