Ryan Spear

Ryan Spear is currently a Senior Manager and Creative Director for the EMEIA FSO Pursuits team at EY, a position they have held since 2018. Previously, from 2012 to 2018, Ryan served as a Senior Creative Designer at Ernst & Young. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Designer and later as a Senior Designer at Hearst Magazines, where they produced high-quality layouts and managed aspects of magazine production. Ryan holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from Southampton Solent University, earned in 2004.
