Ryan Strong

Ryan Strong is a dynamic and strategic senior leader with a proven record of driving transformation in HR and business operations on both regional and global scales. They have held positions such as Vice President of Global HR Shared Services at State Street Bank and Executive Director of Global HR Shared Services at Morgan Stanley. With a strong foundation in project management and LEAN methodologies, Ryan specializes in HR transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement. They earned an MBA from The University of Salford and a 2:1 degree from the University of Wolverhampton. Currently, Ryan serves as the HR Transformation Lead at EY.
