Sally Bucknell

Sally Bucknell is a seasoned Talent and DE&I Executive with extensive experience in organizational change, equity, and inclusion. They currently serve as the Deputy Pro-Chancellor at Keele University and hold a position as the Director of the Future of Work Programme at EY. Their past roles include HR Director at Parisa Ltd, EY, and Arthur Andersen, as well as the Talent and Organisational Development Director at EY. Sally earned a BA (Hons) from both Leeds Trinity University and the University of Leeds, and a PG Diploma from Oxford Brookes University.
