Sam Li is currently a Senior Manager in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY’s Canadian Tax Desk in New York, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Sam worked at EY as a Manager and as Senior Tax Staff from 2020 to 2023. They have also held positions at Shenglin Financial Group Inc. as an Associate Office Manager and at the Canada Revenue Agency as a Tax Auditor during their co-op placement in 2017. Sam earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Toronto in 2013 and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Waterloo in 2018.
