Sam Ramsay

Sam Ramsay is an experienced talent acquisition and employer branding professional with a strong background in strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as the Head of Experienced Hire UK&I at EY, Sam has previously held significant roles at Balfour Beatty plc as the UK Head of Talent Acquisition and at House of Fraser as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand. Additional experience includes positions at Vodafone as Global Retail Talent Acquisition Manager and Compass Group UK & Ireland as Resourcing Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Btec National Diploma in Performing Arts from Amersham & Wycombe College, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
