Sameer Mathur

Sameer Mathur is a transformation strategy and change management expert with over two decades of experience in consulting across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, energy, and telecommunications. They have held significant roles at notable firms such as EY, Accenture, and IBM, where they specialized in management consulting, digital experience, and organizational change. Currently, Sameer serves as a Director in People Consulting at EY and also as a Visiting Faculty at IIT Delhi and TERI School of Advanced Studies, focusing on strategy and design thinking.
