Samuel Anaya, CPA, is a seasoned professional specializing in technical topics and transactions with a focus on business combinations. They began their career with an internship at the Antique Boat Museum, assisting in accounting and finance, and later gained experience as an Assistant Loan Officer at Midwest Inc, supporting Spanish-speaking clients. Samuel worked at EY from 2019 to 2023, advancing from Assurance Staff to Audit Senior, while also serving as a Tax Intern at Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC in 2019.
