Sandra Oliver

Sandra Oliver is the Global Assurance Talent Leader at EY, driving the Assurance Talent agenda for 130,000 professionals to enhance their careers. Sandra previously led the EY US-West Assurance practice and served as Americas Assurance Talent Leader, focusing on talent strategy in the US Assurance practice. With over 25 years of experience in public accounting and internal audit, Sandra has worked with a diverse range of clients from small businesses to multinational corporations. A pioneer as one of the first women at EY promoted to partner on a flexible schedule, Sandra is committed to building diverse teams and fostering inclusive leadership. Sandra also contributes to her community as a board member for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas and the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children. Sandra holds a degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
