Sarah Evans

Sarah Evans is a Partner in International Reorganization at EY Law, specializing in corporate law, international reorganizations, carve-outs, and integrations. They previously held positions at Clifford Chance LLP and HengelerMueller, where they focused on capital markets and corporate law.
