Sarah (Silva) King, CHRP, is the Assistant Director and National Recruitment Lead for Talent Attraction & Acquisition at EY, where they focus on hiring future leaders across multiple specialties. Early in their career, they engaged in research roles that honed their skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, fostering a passion for problem-solving. Over the past seven years, Sarah has specialized in Executive Search, successfully recruiting c-suite leaders and Senior Partners. They lead a team of five recruiters at EY, emphasizing the importance of personal and collective growth in the pursuit of excellence. Currently, Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto and their CHRP designation.
