Sarah Ryan is the HR Director at EY Ireland, bringing a wealth of experience from her dual career in change management consultancy and senior HR roles. Previously, they served as Head of HR Business Partnering at Permanent tsb and as Chief HR Officer at FBD Insurance plc. With a robust background in delivering HR Transformation Programs and a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives, Sarah effectively collaborates with senior leadership to drive business solutions. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Management & Organisation Studies from University College Dublin, along with a Diploma in Employment Law and a Chartered Fellowship with the CIPD.
