Scott Smith

Scott Smith is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Principal and Cybersecurity Technology Consulting Leader at EY since December 2019. Prior to this role, Scott was Managing Director at Sila Solutions Group from February 2016 until its acquisition by EY and also held the position of Managing Director at Accenture from August 2000 to February 2016. Earlier in Scott's career, valuable experience was gained as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from 1995 to 2000, specializing as a Surface Warfare Officer and Intelligence Officer. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University, as well as further education from Georgetown University and Carnegie Mellon University.
