Scott Thomas Mackay

Scott Thomas Mackay is the Americas Director of Quantitative Services and Managing Partner for Accounting Periods, Methods & Credits at EY, where they have been since 2014. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in Washington National Tax at Deloitte Tax LLP from 1999 to 2012 and held a position in the Office of Tax Policy at the US Treasury from 2012 to 2014. Scott earned a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami - School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami.
