Sean O'Donnell

Sean O'Donnell, CEBS, is currently the Director of Benefits at EY, where they lead the design, implementation, and administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing programs for partners and employees. Prior to this role, they worked as a Benefits Consultant at Affiliated Computer Services and held various positions, including Manager of International Benefits at Ingersoll Rand and Manager of Global Benefits Strategy and Operations at Cytec. Sean has also served as Director of Global Benefits at Cytec, focusing on comprehensive benefit program management and strategy development. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at Binghamton University School of Management.
