Sergio Nicolini is the EY Europe West Energy Sector Leader with 30 years of international experience in the energy sector. Beginning their career in 1994 as a field engineer at Schlumberger Oilfield Services, Sergio held various roles across Nigeria, Texas, and the Middle East. They transitioned to Schlumberger's headquarters in Paris in 1998, focusing on business development for European utilities before joining Accenture in 2001 as a Strategy Manager. Sergio became a Managing Director at Accenture in 2010 and has been a Partner at EY Consulting since 2020, currently leading the EMEIA Energy sector from Milan. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano.
