Seshni Samuel

Seshni Samuel is the current Managing Partner for EY EMEIA, specializing in consulting excellence and global delivery services enablement. They joined EY in 2005, after working at IBM, Unilever, and PWC, and have a robust background in technology consulting, particularly in managing IT implementation risks. Seshni has held various leadership roles, including CHRO EY EMEIA, where they focused on developing an inclusive organizational culture and positioning EY as a favored employer. Seshni is dedicated to building future leaders and delivering exceptional client service, and outside of work, enjoys exploring the world with their two daughters, along with cooking, reading, and interior design.
